EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP
FIARSA’s Executive Leadership Council is composed of internationally recognized experts in artificial intelligence, robotics, aerospace engineering, education systems, and large-scale institutional governance. The Council is mandated to safeguard FIARSA’s international standards and to guide the Federation’s strategic development across competitions, education and training, technology integration, and global expansion.The Federation’s leadership functions through specialized governing bodies.
The Global Technology and Standards Board oversees technical regulations, rulebooks, safety frameworks, hardware certification, and the responsible application of artificial intelligence. The Competition Governance Council is responsible for league structures, scoring methodologies, compliance monitoring, and the integrity of FIARSA-sanctioned events. The Academy and Talent Development Board directs curriculum frameworks, certification systems, instructor accreditation, and professional development pathways.
Supporting committees provide oversight of international alliances, industry partnerships, ethics and compliance, transparency, and long-term policy formation. All governance decisions are guided by principles of accountability, consistency, and operational excellence.
Operating across regions and time zones, FIARSA’s leadership evaluates new markets, authorizes regional chapters, aligns strategic partners, and ensures that all programs conform to the Federation’s established standards. GLOBAL STRATEGY BLUEPRINT
The Global Strategy Blueprint serves as FIARSA’s annual strategic framework guiding the Federation’s evolution across competitions, academy programs, technology standards, governance systems, and international partnerships.
